Soma-Training: the training of the BODY (from the latin soma) in its whole. With this advanced system of exercises you work segmentally to improve globally the way we stand and move. Bad posture is due to structural imbalance, muscle tightness and weaknesses, stress, old traumas, concussions and compensation patterns.
Each body is different and unique. ELDOA exercises or “ELDOAs” are a set of specific postures created by world renowned Osteopath Guy Voyer DO. The goal of these exercises is to increase the space within a chosen joint region through myofascial tension.
